Amaze is a Tianlong Company brand cooker. The company manufactures energy-efficient gas accessories. It is the only locally manufactured/assembled gas cooker in Kenya.

Description. Since 1993 Tianlong has produced quality gas products designed to provide energy-efficient gas products at a cost-effective price. The Table Top Gas stove or gas cooker has an auto-ignition feature for lighting the burner.‎‎‎ Simply turn the burner knob to the desired flame size and the sparking is turned off automatically when the flame lights.

  • Note that the above figures are average fees charged per order/ per item and may vary from one city to another.
  • Ordering MORE ITEMS together will allow you to SAVE on shipping fees - You pay reduced fees for the 2nd item onwards!
  • Small and Medium items: for orders with 2 or more items, the shipping fee applied will be the multiple item fee corresponding to the biggest item in the order.
  • Large items: shipping fees will always be charged separately since these items require specific transport arrangements.
  • For orders with 3 or more items, the shipping fee for each item may be incremented by 5-10 KSH to facilitate payment (e.g. 170 KSH instead of 163.33 KSH).

Refund Policy

The refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. From the day you submitted your return request,

This quality evaluation process may take up to 7 days. A refund notification shall be sent via email once the process is finalized

If you would prefer to repurchase, a refund voucher shall be processed and this must be indicated when you request a return when contacting our Customer Service.

In the event you would prefer a cash refund, the refund methods available according to payment methods are:

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURNING AN ITEM

You can initiate a return within 15 days after delivery/collection for Eligible reasons or Change of mind:

  • Eligible reasons - wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size and counterfeit items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process).
  • \"Change of mind\"- You can return items if you change your mind but refunds will only be processed if the package seal is still intact and if the product is in no way tampered with.


When returning an item, Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.

  • If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
  • Events and Tickets are not eligible for return.


Get your refund faster when you drop off your return at the nearest Getgas dropoff station.

All card refunds are immediately credited to your Jumia account and you can spend this amount on any shop on Getgas. Please note that you can request a refund back to your card at any time by contacting Getgas via our channels.

We will process your request within 48 working hours. Once this is done, It\'ll take at least 3-5 days more for the refund to reflect in your card statement

Orders delivered through Kenya Postal Service (only available for Getgas Global items, clearly indicated at checkout when selected delivery method) will not be eligible for return for change of mind.
